The company acquires a Retail park of 11,300 sqm, located in the Northwest of the Tenerife island, in the commercial area of La Laguna, which is leased to Conforama.
In addition, the company formalizes the purchase of a commercial asset with a constructed area of 1,780 square meters, located in the city of Palma de Mallorca, rented since 2016 to Maison du Monde.
