MAZABI strengthens its UK strategy with €105 million in transactions and prepares a second investment vehicle to capitalize on new opportunities
The company will reinforce its commitment to the UK market, particularly in London, through a new operational vehicle that already has a potential pipeline and accepted LOIs totaling €81 million (£70 million).
Since March 2024, MAZABI has added nearly 16,000 sqm to its portfolio, comprising mixed-use assets (office, residential, and retail) in strategic London locations such as Farringdon, The City, and Tower London.

Atalaya Superficies Comerciales initiates the construction of its Commercial Park in Olaz (Pamplona)
This space, which already has three operational buildings where three brands have been operating since 2019 without needing a commercial license, will be fully operational by the end of the first half of 2024.
The Park stands out for its strategic location in the municipality of Olaz, on the outskirts of Pamplona, and because it will host up to a maximum of 15 operators including decoration stores, pet shops, supermarkets, bazaars, entertainment venues, etc.
This is the second commercial park promoted by Atalaya Superficies Comerciales, an investment company of the Mazabi Group specialized in the development of shopping centres and commercial parks.
