Both establishments will continue to be operated by Room007 Hostels & Hotels, the main national hostel operator, with which MAZABI had signed a long-term management agreement for both assets.

The asset, located in Pamplona, is at an advanced stage and will house a maximum of 17 operators and eight buildings, with an area of 13,000 sqm whose opening is scheduled from the third quarter of 2023
It is an open commercial concept that can be accessed to each of the establishments through a common parking
It will be the second Commercial Park developed by Atalaya after the one located in Salamanca, Atalaya del Tormes, which is scheduled to open by the end of this year
