Atalaya Desarrollos Urbanísticos completes new land acquisitions in Madrid, reaching a total of 1 million sqm acquired
In this second investment phase, the company has already completed the purchase of a new plot of land in the Los Berrocales development for 8.3 million euros. The first fund closed in less than a year and a half with the acquisition of 630,000 square meters in some of the main urban developments in the Madrid region.
